The
Henry Chamber Board of Directors serve three year terms. There are
no limitations on the number of terms each director can serve.
Directors are elected at the annual meeting which is held at the end
of June. (Scholarships for area students are also presented at
the annual meeting.)
Each
director is expected to be involved with at least 2 of 7
committees. These committees include
local events, city liaison, new members, scholarship, nominating,
economic development, and after hours. The local events committee
most important committee, of which there are 6 members.
The other 6 committees each have 3 members. The general membership
is encouraged to assist the with the Chamber committees.
